Using the CryoMill for Samples with Volatile Components

The sample is embrittled by liquid nitrogen which improves its breaking behavior when submitted to impact, pressure and friction; moreover, volatile components of the sample are preserved.

How Clean are your Vials and Closures?
13 Jul 2010: This poster from HPLC 2010 demonstrates the effectiveness of pre-cleaned National Scientific MS vials. The MS certified vials and various competitor vials were exposed to acetonitrile for two hours and subsequently analyzed by LC/UV, LC/MS and GC/MS. Resulting data showed no evidence of sample contamination using the National Scientific MS Vials.
